About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Corporate CRM Lead Analyst at Barclays Bank UK PLC. This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to develop and implement product strategies and visions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between product owners and technical teams.
  • Develop and implement assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.
  • Monitor product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and technologies.
Vice President Expectations
  • Advise key stakeholders on functional and cross-functional areas of impact and alignment.
  • Manage and mitigate risks through assessment and support of the control and governance agenda.
  • Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the organisation's functions to contribute to achieving business goals.
  • Collaborate with other areas of work to keep up to speed with business activity and strategies.
  • Create solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought and interpretative thinking.
  • Adopt and include the outcomes of extensive research in problem-solving processes.
  • Seek out, build, and maintain trusting relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience with Salesforce Products.
  • Technical analysis in a banking technical domain.
  • Excellent technical to layman and layman to technical translation skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Salesforce engineering experience.
  • Certifications in Salesforce Training & Change Management.
  • Strong integration and data skillset.
