Job Opportunity for Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor

Equal Education Partners is seeking an experienced Welsh speaking cover supervisor to work in a dynamic school in RCT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting pupils with mixed learning abilities and be able to manage classroom behaviour effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Encourage student participation and engagement in learning activities
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Assist and deliver work left by the class teacher, ensuring pupils remain on task

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with pupils aged 11-18 over the last 2 years
  • Ability to manage disruptive classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain on task
