We are seeking an experienced Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor to join our team at Equal Education Partners. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the education of pupils in a busy school in RCT.
Main Responsibilities:
- Encourage student participation and engagement in learning activities.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Assist and deliver work left by the class teacher, ensuring pupils remain on task and meet learning objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with pupils aged 11-18 over the last 2 years.
- Ability to manage disruptive classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
