Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in leading the team and maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in leading the team and maintaining standards
- Be a role model for delivering a world-class customer experience and train the team to deliver this consistently
- Create an engaging working environment for colleagues
- Develop the best team possible by planning succession strategies
- Provide on-the-spot feedback and celebrate success
Visual Merchandising
- Support in delivering meticulous store presentation and implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Frasers Group brand
Sales and Operations
- Be fundamental in achieving results and driving store performance to its maximum potential
- Lead the team to ensure they are efficient in following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge

Qualifications
- Recent management experience
