About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our marketing and brand strategy efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that drive visibility and engagement for our brand.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies that align with our brand goals and objectives
  • Lead a cross-disciplinary team to manage the creative process and ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Source and manage external partners and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Influence and educate internal teams to communicate the brand consistently and effectively
  • Approach work with a deep understanding of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging to build meaningful connections with various audiences
  • Support future expansion projects, including interior and visual design
  • Drive creative ideation for events, including visual and experience design
  • Provide thoughtful and creative feedback and insight on improving organizational processes
  • Manage members of the creative team through mentorship and focused development
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in creative marketing and some experience managing direct reports
  • Expert-level fluency in the Adobe Suite and a portfolio showcasing your skills
  • A "can-do" attitude and willingness to roll-up your sleeves, but still able to delegate efficiently and direct team output
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to succinctly and effectively present creative in a compelling and thoughtful way
  • A sense for conceptual thinking, compelling storytelling, and inclusive design
  • A creative problem solver, generating and leading strategic initiatives and developing solutions to organizational growth challenges
  • A true love for design, the creative process, and the results it can produce
  • A growth mindset, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to lead others to greatness
