Compensation: £30,000 + £3,000 Car Allowance
Key Responsibilities- Act as a reliable consultant on service-related matters, effectively communicating with all organizational levels.
- Manage tasks efficiently to meet service delivery within established SLAs.
- Ensure precise and thorough data entry related to incidents and issues.
- Demonstrate a solid history of providing Level 2 support in a Managed Service Provider setting.
- Possess a robust MSP background with at least 4 years of experience supporting diverse clients.
- Exhibit confidence in engaging with clients during technical service reviews.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows Desktop Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Provide support for Windows Server Operating Systems and on-premises Exchange environments.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the Office 365 platform and its security services.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Machines, Firewall, Backup, and Configuration.
- Show proficiency in Networking technologies, troubleshooting from desktop to LAN, WAN, and hosted services.
- Understand the ITIL framework and its fundamental principles.
- Have a solid grasp of the commercial aspects of service agreements.
