We are a leading Business Energy Consultancy and Procurement Specialist, dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients across the UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients in the energy sector. Your primary focus will be on procuring energy and water contracts, managing billing issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and build strong relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients in the energy sector.
  • Procure energy and water contracts, including fixed and flexible contracts.
  • Manage and procure Meter Operator Provider (MOP), Distribution Agreement (DA), and Distribution Contract (DC) contracts.
  • Analyze and interpret consumption data, performance reports, and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Manage client complaints and queries, ensuring that all issues are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide support in client meetings and present market overviews and trends to stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree-level education or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of tariffs, the energy sector, and legislative requirements.
  • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Excel.
  • Solid administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high-volume workloads without compromising quality.
