About the RoleAs a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our customers, including:
- Assisting with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Providing comfort and companionship
- Assisting with household tasks and meal preparation
- Supporting customers to access the community and attend appointments
- Assisting with medication
You will work closely with our customers, their families, and our care team to ensure that each individual receives the highest level of care and support.
