About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their personal care needs, including helping with medication, meal preparation, and light household duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients
- Assisting with medication and meal preparation
- Supporting with light household duties
- Promoting independence and enabling clients to do as much as they can
- Providing companionship and a listening ear
Requirements:
- No experience required; we provide comprehensive training
- Kind and compassionate nature
- Flexible availability, including commitment to work alternate weekends
- Able to drive and have a valid license
