Job Overview:

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Head of Service Management to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the existing team and taking on personal tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Buildings and Services on creating new departmental policies and procedures.
  • Support the Head of Buildings and Services in managing and monitoring the Maintenance Management System.
  • Ensure that Maintenance Staff and Subcontractors work safely and responsibly.
  • Oversee and allocate shared resources, such as the maintenance vehicle, for efficient job performance.

  • 25 days plus bank holidays annual entitlement.
  • Extra day's holiday every two years, up to a maximum of 30 days holiday in total.
