Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage and drive delivery of the Department's continuous development plan, focusing on safeguarding initiatives and best practices.
- Engage with Scout volunteers, HQ colleagues, and external agencies to gather insights, develop key updates, and improve the service provided.
- Analyze data to identify trends in safeguarding concerns, informing senior management and committees.
