Job Summary: As an Account Manager, you will manage key relationships with scientific customers, including lab managers, technicians, and researchers. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue within this customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales territory through effective account management and new business development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the scientific community.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field.
  • Previous field sales experience or customer-facing experience.
  • Confident presenting and driven by targets and KPIs.
  • Full driving license.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
  • Uncapped bonus potential: £5,000.
