About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Engagement Specialist to enhance our operations. This role involves managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the appointment calendar, ensuring a balanced mix of sales and service bookings for both new and returning clients.
  • Regularly assess the customer database to identify opportunities for improving clinic performance.
  • Personalize outreach calls for both new and existing clients.
  • Actively contribute to revenue generation by scheduling appointments and effectively promoting additional products.
  • Maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to offer promotions, appointments, and hearing solutions.
  • Ensure the store environment aligns with company standards and guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels to guarantee the availability of necessary products.

Qualifications:
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including basic knowledge of Outlook; experience with internal databases or scheduling systems is preferred.
  • Possess sales capabilities to assist audiologists in meeting their targets.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach, with flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and various departments.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and resolve issues effectively.
  • Understand and align with the company's vision and values.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
