Sales and Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £23,400p.a. + Variable commission scheme

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Customer Service Advisor to enhance our high street branch in Chichester. This role involves managing the reception area, coordinating appointments for the Audiologist, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the appointment schedule, balancing sales and service bookings for both new and returning clients.
  • Continuously assess the clinic's customer database to identify opportunities for improving clinic performance.
  • Conduct personalized welcome calls for both new and existing clients.
  • Actively contribute to revenue generation by arranging appointments and effectively promoting additional products.
  • Maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to offer promotions, schedule appointments, and provide hearing solutions.
  • Ensure the store's appearance aligns with company standards and guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels to guarantee an adequate supply of products.

Qualifications:
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, embodying the role of a customer advocate.
  • Proficient in computer usage, with a basic understanding of Outlook and experience with internal databases or scheduling systems preferred.
  • Possess sales abilities to assist audiologists in meeting their targets.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude, with flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and all Support Office departments.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work independently and resolve issues effectively.
  • Understand and align with the company's vision and values.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage your workload efficiently.
