As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for clients to discuss their issues and determine the most effective path to resolution.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing all client inquiries within established timelines and collaborating with essential stakeholders, both within the organization and externally, to ensure a seamless resolution process for all cases from initiation to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a responsive, high-quality, customer-centric service via phone, in writing, and face-to-face, ensuring a superior level of client satisfaction.
  • Track identified issues and provide timely responses to our clients, adhering to deadlines and ensuring resolutions, while effectively managing challenging complaints and taking prompt, appropriate actions.
  • Organize and prioritize a demanding caseload that includes a significant volume of telephone interactions, correspondence, and case management, demonstrating adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Clearly communicate straightforward decisions and actions to facilitate issue resolution and hold service departments accountable for their commitments.

It is essential to demonstrate clear accountability and ensure that client cases are escalated when progress is not being achieved in accordance with our timelines.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in the Social Housing sector.
  • Background in handling initial response complaints.
  • Strong customer service skills.
