Overview

For this position, you will be required to complete our online assessment, which will help us understand your strengths and provide you with further insights into the role.

Work Environment

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, you will be situated in a picturesque location, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a historic setting. This role involves engaging with visitors and ensuring they have a delightful experience.

Your Responsibilities

As a Team Member, your primary focus will be on front-of-house operations, where you will interact directly with guests. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors in the café.
  • Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Maintaining high standards of food and beverage presentation.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team when necessary.
We will provide you with comprehensive training in food safety and allergens, along with any additional mentoring required to excel in your role. Opportunities for further professional development will also be available.
