Key Responsibilities
As a Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to engage with guests in a welcoming manner. You will ensure that every visitor enjoys their time at our café, leveraging your interpersonal skills and positive attitude to deliver outstanding service. This dynamic environment requires strong teamwork and adaptability.
Understanding guest preferences and making thoughtful recommendations will be essential. You will maintain high standards in food and beverage preparation and presentation, ensuring that displays are visually appealing and accurate. Occasionally, you may assist the kitchen team with food preparation.
We will provide comprehensive training, including allergen awareness and food safety, along with ongoing professional development opportunities.
