Job Title: Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our First Steps team at Gloucestershire College. As a key member of our academic staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the maximum potential of our students is achieved through additional learning support.

About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to assist academic staff in providing additional learning support to students, enabling them to reach their full potential. You will work closely with our teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies, providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
