**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger Manager to join our finance team at TPP Recruitment. As a Sales Ledger Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and leading a finance apprentice.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the Sales Ledger, ensuring all revenue is processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Lead and coach a finance apprentice to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee Direct Debits and credit control activities to ensure timely and effective management of customer payments.
  • Process invoices, payments, and refunds in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Generate reports and manage communication with the Sales team to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure month-end processes are completed on time to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support the broader Finance team with various tasks and projects to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

**Requirements**

  • Strong accounting software and MS Office proficiency to manage financial records and reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and coach the finance apprentice and collaborate with the Sales team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive work ethic to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals and objectives.
