About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estee Lauder. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized experience for each customer, and showcasing our market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on makeup, skincare, and fragrance products to customers
  • Create a personalized experience for each customer, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Participate in in-store events and visual merchandising to create an engaging and inspiring customer experience

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise

  • Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them
  • Flexible availability across days and hours
