TQP and SI Maturity Project Coordinator

Position Title: Project Supervisor - TQP and SI Maturity
Role Overview: As a Project Supervisor focusing on the Tutoring and Qualification Path (TQP) and Self-Inspection (SI) Maturity, you will be instrumental in the implementation of TQP methodologies and enhancing SI maturity across multiple international locations. Your primary goal will be to identify and address training and qualification gaps, ensuring that the processes are effectively executed and contributing to the self-inspection maturity of the teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Implementation: Execute established TQP methodologies within the Final Assembly Lines (FALs).
- Training Path Oversight: Manage the timeline of the training path (6 to 8 months) to guarantee that new personnel achieve the necessary qualification standards.
- Needs Assessment: Perform detailed needs assessments, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions.
- Enhancing SI Maturity: Support team leaders, operators, and FAL management with SI Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Resource and Budget Evaluation: Evaluate the project's impact on budget and resources, emphasizing tutor availability and budget implications for operational planning.
- Data Monitoring and Reporting: Assist in data monitoring and reporting to ensure precise tracking and analysis.
- Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and training to become a reference point for SI maturity practices.
Objectives:
- Develop a strategic roadmap for 2025 to identify and address existing gaps.
- Implement processes and enhance SI maturity in Broughton.
- Support team leaders and operators in SI KPI analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
