Job Title: Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the deployment of Tutoring and Qualification Path (TQP) processes and support Self-Inspection (SI) maturity at various international sites. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in bridging the gaps in training and qualification, ensuring effective process deployment and supporting the self-inspection maturity of teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Deployment: Implement TQP processes within Final Assembly Lines (FALs) to ensure seamless integration and effective deployment.
- Training Path Management: Oversee the lead time of the training path to ensure new comers reach the required qualification levels, aligning with our company's goals and objectives.
- Gap Analysis: Conduct comprehensive gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions to address these gaps.
- Support SI Maturity: Collaborate with team leaders, operators, and FALs management to analyze SI Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Budget and Resources Analysis: Assess the impact of the project on budget and resources, focusing on the availability of tutors and budget impact on our company's objectives.
- Data Consolidation and Surveillance: Provide support in data consolidation and surveillance to ensure accurate monitoring and reporting.
- Coaching and Training: Offer coaching and training to become a referent on SI maturity use, enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team members.
Objectives:
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap for 2025 to understand and address gaps in training and qualification.
- Deploy TQP processes and support SI maturity in Broughton, ensuring effective integration and deployment.
- Support team leaders, operators, and FALs management in analyzing SI KPIs to identify areas for improvement and progress.
