Regulatory Solicitor Opportunity

This prestigious Top 50 National law firm is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Solicitor to join their esteemed Business Crime and Regulatory team in Manchester. The team is renowned for its exceptional expertise in regulatory law, regularly handling high-profile cases and providing top-notch representation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in regulatory law, with experience in areas such as Health & Safety, Environmental, Food Safety, Inquests, and Product Liability/recall. A minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience is required. The role is well-suited for a regulatory lawyer with a proven track record in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Defend clients in serious workplace incident criminal cases and alleged environmental offences
  2. Represent clients at inquests and inquiries
  3. Provide advisory work on areas such as food law, product regulation, and advertising/marketing

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of post-qualification experience
  2. Strong background in regulatory law, with experience in Health & Safety, Environmental, Food Safety, Inquests, and Product Liability/recall
  3. Experience gained in Private Practice or In House welcome

Salary: £70,000+
