About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Building Services Design Technician Apprentice. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of various building systems across a diverse range of properties.

As an apprentice, you will work closely with experienced engineers and professionals, receiving guidance and support throughout your development. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Producing cost-effective design solutions using 2D and 3D CAD software.
  • Generating calculations, specifications, reports, and sketches.
  • Assisting with the design of heating, ventilation, lighting, power, fire alarms, datacoms, and other building systems.
  • Participating in site-based activities such as surveys, inspections, and meetings.

This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of building services engineering. You will gain practical experience while pursuing your academic studies at Bath College.
