Job Description

United Living Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead our procurement and supply chain strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that client and business needs are fully understood and met.
  • Lead the development of a procurement and supply chain strategy that aligns with our business objectives and ensures the delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Manage and mitigate risks and issues within the procurement and supply chain management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement and supply chain activities are aligned with our business strategy.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to build a diverse supply chain that meets our business needs.
Requirements
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving the best-balanced outcome against project or business demand.
  • Advanced knowledge of procurement and strategic sourcing concepts and methodologies.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly build credibility and confidence with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A driven leader with a proven track record of creativity and improving ways of working to maximize efficiencies.
  • Experience of managing strategic suppliers in a complex environment.
  • Self-awareness with a strong focus on professional development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MCIPS Chartered or equivalent experience in procurement or strategic sourcing focused roles in senior in complex organizations.
  • A proactive change leader focused on continuous improvement and developing people.
