Electro-Motive Diesel Seeks Health, Safety and Environmental Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Environmental Lead to join our QHSE team at Progress Rail - Electro Motive Diesel, a subsidiary of Caterpillar. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering timely and effective health, safety and environmental support and advice across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective health, safety and environmental strategies and policies
  • Lead on training and coaching to ensure a "safety first" culture
  • Oversee the reporting and investigation of incidents
  • Embed a continuous improvement approach to our HSE culture and performance

The successful candidate will have a real opportunity to lead on the areas of responsibility, shaping and influencing the company's processes and performance.
