Job Title: Health and Safety and Compliance Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety and Compliance Associate to join our team at Staffordshire University Academies Trust. As a key member of our Central Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the Trust's compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional support to the Trust's Central Function and our growing network of academies. You will work closely with the Operations Director, Trust Central Team, and Academy colleagues to maintain high standards of health and safety and compliance within the business functions of our Multi Academy Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Trust's compliance and operational activities and regimes
  • Provide professional advice and guidance on health and safety and compliance matters
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety and compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements
