Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement targeted marketing and canvassing strategies to increase business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business contacts and stakeholders
- Utilize a super hub office and marketing budget to convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions
- Oversee the sales process from valuation to completion, utilizing the support of a nearby hub office
- Manage a diary to provide customers with support at a time that suits them
- Competitive basic salary

- At least 4 years of Estate Agency experience
