About the Team

The Post Deal Services (PDS) Team is a key part of the Corporate Tax Team. Our team's purpose is to help clients manage and drive value post-transaction by working collaboratively across specialisms and helping clients succeed at all stages of the deal life cycle.

About the Opportunity

This is a client-facing role that requires a Tax Manager to start managing UK corporate tax relationships with a range of clients with complex tax situations from day one. You will be encouraged and supported as you build specialist sector and international skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage UK corporate tax relationships with clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients
  • Collaborate with the Deal Advisory Practice to advise on tax implications of transactions
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical tax knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
