Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Build Inspector to join our team at IO Associates. As a Build Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our spacecraft production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of spacecraft components and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Identify and report any non-conformities or defects, and work with the production team to implement corrective actions
  • Verify technician training and compliance with skill matrix
  • Authorized to halt work on specific builds
  • Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement quality control procedures
  • Provide technical advice and support to the production team on quality control matters

Requirements:

  • 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations
  • Expertise in composite/carbon and/or electrical testing methods
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in using digital tools and tablets
  • Commitment to quality improvement initiatives
