We are seeking an experienced Commercial Estimating Administrator to join our team at Concept Human Solutions. As a key member of our technical estimating team, you will be responsible for providing commercial support and engagement with regards to outbound quotes and tenders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete outbound quotes from a commercial perspective, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Engage with supply chain partners to negotiate best pricing and ensure optimal cost savings.
  • Register interests with manufacturers and opportunities through online deal registration portals.
  • Compile commercial reports for the sales team, providing valuable insights and analysis.
  • Provide non-technical training on manufacturers' portals and deal platforms to ensure seamless integration.
  • Liaise with supply chain partners to obtain current statuses on opportunities.
  • Update internal price lists with current pricing information, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Attend supplier and manufacturer commercial meetings to discuss pricing and opportunities.
  • Set up Excel documents for pricing population, ensuring efficient data management.
