Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome drug and alcohol issues? Via Community Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Practitioner to join our Via R3 Integrated Substance Misuse Service in Redbridge.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those accessing our services. As a Recovery Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, providing high-quality interventions, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a range of groups and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, including prescribing and providing interventions at various stages of recovery
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and deliver groups and activities that support health and wellbeing
  • Support other areas of service delivery as needed, including participating in special interests and activities such as smoking cessation and local events
  • Travel to external meetings and satellites within the borough, and to other Via locations as required
