About the RoleThis exciting opportunity will provide you with a chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those struggling with addiction. As a Recovery Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, providing high-quality interventions, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of clients, including prescribing and providing interventions at various stages of recovery
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop and deliver a range of groups and activities
- Support other areas of service delivery as needed, including smoking cessation and local events
- Travel to external meetings and satellites within the borough, and to other Via locations as required
