About the Role

Service Care Solutions is seeking a skilled Recovery Practitioner to join our team. As a reputable non-profit provider, we deliver crucial support to individuals struggling with substance misuse issues. Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of substance misuse, excellent communication and IT skills, and knowledge of mental health interventions and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide opiate substitute treatment and 1:1 work with service users.
  • Work closely with clinical staff to deliver effective support and interventions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recovery plans.
Requirements
  • Enhanced Child and Adults DBS (within 12 months/update service registered).
  • Valid Right to Work.
  • Most recent employment references.
