Ensure all documentation adheres to internal policies and procedures.

Collaborate with the logistics team to guarantee timely collection of outgoing materials and provide sales forecasts for each type of material.

Assist the management team in upholding the company's Quality, Environmental, and Safety certifications.
Conduct compliance audits to ensure operations align with Quality, Environmental, and Safety standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO).
Manage the weighbridge reporting system for site operations (overseeing collection schedules).
Maintain a material quality database to ensure adherence to MRF Code of Practice regulations.

Compile detailed and summarized records by entering data into the computer and generating statistics on a weekly/monthly basis for the site Supervisor/Manager.

Support the maintenance department as needed to ensure the SAP recording system is fully utilized.
Respond to inquiries and instructions via telephone and email.
Perform all tasks in accordance with the Company's Quality and Environmental Management System and Health and Safety Regulations.

Familiarity with waste legislation is preferred.
Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Must be willing to travel between locations as necessary (within a reasonable distance).
