Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated recent graduate to join Neuberger Berman as a Trainee for a 12-month internship. In this role, you will be integrated into the Global RFP team, where you will manage requests for proposals and due diligence questionnaires, contributing to our efforts in acquiring and maintaining client assets. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and complete RFPs, due diligence, and requests from client coverage teams across EMEA and other international regions.
- Assist colleagues within the Global RFP team to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to the established multi-step RFP process.
- Support the RFP Business Manager and the team with organizational projects related to the RFP database, management reporting, and process automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, economics, law, or a related field.
- Preferred prior internship experience in marketing or client service within an asset management context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets and a keen interest in investment management.
