Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Sales Support/Administrator to join our team at Jade Recruitment Ltd. As an Export Sales Support/Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our export sales team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Order Processing and Delivery Management: Coordinate and manage the delivery of orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels to meet customer demand.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the export sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as required.
  • Travel Arrangements and Coordination: Arrange travel and accommodation for export customers, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in SAP a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently complete tasks.
