As a Sea Import Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing the import process from start to finish, ensuring seamless cargo movements and compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage import jobs accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulations.
  • Compile and enter import documentation and clearance into the Customs Declaration System (CDS).
  • Monitor cargo movements from origin to destination, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide quotes for new business and secure the best costs for services, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations governing cargo movements and associated documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within the Seafreight industry at a similar level.
