Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Performance Lead to manage a portfolio of existing accounts and grow our client base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with clients, and leverage data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to drive sales performance
  • Develop and execute plans to acquire new clients, leveraging inbound, telesales, and outreach techniques
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional account management and ensuring their needs are met
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform business decisions, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial sales role, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
