About the Role

NHS Scotland is seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to patients with a wide range of mental health conditions, including adults and older adults.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of working with people with mental health illnesses and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to rotate to different sites, including Dykebar Hospital, Royal Alexandra Hospital, and Leverndale Hospital, and work a rotational shift pattern, including long days and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide care to patients with mental health conditions, including adults and older adults
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
  • Rotate to different sites, including Dykebar Hospital, Royal Alexandra Hospital, and Leverndale Hospital
  • Work a rotational shift pattern, including long days and night shifts
Requirements
  • NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse
  • Knowledge and experience of working with people with mental health illnesses
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to rotate to different sites and work a rotational shift pattern
