Pastoral Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Pastoral Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to the success of our school community.

About the Role:

  • Assist the behaviour and pastoral team in promoting high standards of student behaviour
  • Focus on behaviour management, wellbeing, and communication
  • Provide targeted intervention support to students, including classes, groups, and one-to-one sessions
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Implement tailored programmes to support student wellbeing
  • Develop positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and other agencies

Requirements:

  • Nurturing and compassionate nature
  • Commitment to pupil wellbeing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience/knowledge of challenging behaviour
  • GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above
