Client Support Coordinator

Excelcare Holdings is dedicated to providing exceptional supported housing services for adults with diverse mental health needs across various regions. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Client Support Coordinators. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field and advance towards positions such as Recovery Support Worker.

As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a committed team that prioritizes the wellbeing of our residents. Your contributions will directly impact the effectiveness of our operations.

Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, with shifts from 7am to 3pm and 2pm to 10pm, including a 30-minute unpaid break.

Compensation: £25,712 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries and requests, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Manage daily correspondence, including opening and distributing mail.
  • Coordinate diaries for residents and staff, ensuring all activities and appointments are communicated effectively.
  • Assist residents in attending appointments as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in reception and work areas.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and managing resident personal allowances, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Utilize the Supported Housing CRM system for updates and documentation.
  • Address safeguarding concerns or incidents promptly and appropriately.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A genuine passion for supported housing and a commitment to resident wellbeing.
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Office and database management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • A respectful and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Empathy and kindness, balanced with the ability to establish boundaries.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
