We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Private Client Support Coordinator to join our Global Office team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our Private Client sales team, ensuring seamless delivery of memorable experiences to our discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Private Client Managers with pre and post-sales processes, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain contact with Belmond properties to facilitate client stays, including restaurant reservations, car transfers, and itinerary confirmations.
- Support the team in monitoring and tracking client engagement strategies and events, developing reports and presentations to share results.
- Work closely with the global Private Client team to manage CRM data, including contact record maintenance, data cleansing, and duplicate record merging.
- Assist with trade show and event organization, focusing on the luxury B2C market.
- Plan educational trips to key Belmond destinations for Private Client managers and LVMH partners.
- Conduct ad hoc research projects as required.
- Assist with client gifting distribution to the global private client team and direct clients.
- Communicate professionally with Belmond private clients.
- Prepare reports, PowerPoint presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Administer expense records and invoicing.
- Organize travel itineraries for the private client team, including visas, hotels, flights, etc.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative and/or project management role.
- Demonstrable interest and passion for the luxury and travel sector.
- Ability to treat privileged information with discretion.
- Strong oral and written English language and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Excel and PowerPoint being a particular strength.
- A high level of attention to detail.
