CATS Global Schools is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Recruitment Manager to join our team in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for recruiting students into our Cambridge School of Visual & Performing Arts (CSVPA) and other CATS Global Schools colleges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve individual sales targets and grow the number of EFL agents delivering academic business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key agents in the region.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage regional/country OPEX budgets and ensure spend is kept within agreed limits.
- Train agents, answer questions, and resolve issues with current and potential students.
- Counsel students and parents on academic opportunities.
- Communicate market intelligence to key stakeholders in the Sales and Marketing teams and Colleges.
- Travel internationally to attend agent meetings and student-facing events.
Requirements:
- Customer service-oriented with a strong interest or experience in sales or customer service.
- Exceptional communication and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain complex information in a customer-friendly manner.
- Target-driven, determined, and ambitious with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Adaptable and versatile with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite.
