As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will oversee the comprehensive evaluation of your own portfolio of customer concerns from initiation to resolution, ensuring that issues are meticulously examined, investigated, and addressed promptly with a high level of empathy and in accordance with our regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include:

Acting as a representative for the organization, engaging with homeowners to assist with straightforward complaints received by the business. Conducting thorough investigations of complaints, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure favorable outcomes for our policyholders, and effectively communicating your decisions in a professionally crafted final response letter. Assisting your Complaint Handling colleagues in managing more complex cases whenever feasible. Demonstrating excellent telephonic communication skills with the ability to convey your findings clearly and simply while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Keeping administrative records and internal systems updated for documentation and audit purposes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

A solid understanding of FCA regulations is essential for this role. Experience in handling complaints in an office environment is required. Proficiency in computer usage. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
