Job Title: SEND Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Tutor to join our team at Sutton College. As a SEND Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students with SEND
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of students
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Assess and report on student progress

Requirements:

  • Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, BEd)
  • Experience working with students with SEND
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
