Position Overview

The Anne Frank Trust is excited to announce an opportunity for a committed and passionate individual to join our team as a Philanthropy and Research Coordinator. This role is pivotal in furthering our mission to empower youth in challenging discrimination in all its forms.

Compensation: £30,500 FTE annually (inclusive of London weighting)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid / London office

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week), with occasional evening and weekend commitments.

Hybrid Work Model: 2 days in the office weekly

Travel: Some travel may be required

About Us

The Anne Frank Trust is dedicated to educating young individuals to foster positive relationships with their diverse peers. By sharing the powerful narrative of Anne Frank, we inspire youth to become educators and advocates for equality, reaching over 100,000 students each year.

Founded by members of the Jewish community, our organization comprises a diverse team that extends its outreach to all communities, striving to combat prejudice in every form. Our initiatives have demonstrated remarkable success, with 87.6% of participants reporting improved attitudes towards at least one group different from themselves.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will engage in a variety of exciting projects and campaigns to commemorate significant milestones. As the Philanthropy and Research Coordinator, your duties will encompass:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of funders
  • Crafting high-quality funding proposals, reports, and appreciation communications
  • Collaborating with the Philanthropy Manager and the broader team to meet fundraising objectives

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in grant writing and desk-based research, alongside exceptional writing, research, and organizational abilities. A self-motivated attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion are essential, as well as a genuine passion for fundraising and the mission of the Anne Frank Trust.
