Job Title: ICT Service Infrastructure Engineer

Experis is seeking a skilled ICT Service Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in the North West area. As a leading IT Solutions and IT Services Provider, they employ over 1,000 skilled IT Professionals across the UK and are trusted leaders in delivering Data-Driven solutions tailored for the Healthcare, Local Government, and public sector organisations.

About the Role

We are looking for a client-facing and professional IT Field Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer to support their expanding client base. The successful candidate will require expertise in providing comprehensive hardware support, covering a range of devices such as laptops, desktops, tablets, docking stations, printers, and Multi-Function Devices (MFDs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive hardware support for a range of devices
  • Support and manage Windows 10/11 operating systems, Virtual Desktops, Active Directory, Anti-virus solutions, SCCM, InTune, and the full suite of Microsoft 365 products
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to corporate networks and IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations
  • Support a wide range of desktop applications within corporate environments, with a deep understanding of their integration with IT systems and troubleshooting potential conflicts
  • Streamline the setup and configuration of systems across an organisation
  • Provide high-quality desktop and application support, including remote technical assistance to end users
  • Manage complex, fast-paced workloads and juggle multiple priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
Requirements
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certification (or equivalent)
  • Strong proficiency in stakeholder management, fostering collaborative relationships to ensure alignment on objectives and the successful delivery of services
  • Passionate about driving innovation and committed to contributing to the enhancement and modernisation of public services
