As an IT Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with XAD Technologies' expertise. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of the industry landscape to develop and execute strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT/ICT/Telecom sector.
- Generate leads through effective marketing and sales strategies, building a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth for XAD Technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the IT/ICT/Telecom industry, staying ahead of the curve.
- Prepare, review, and submit proposals to management, effectively communicating the value proposition of XAD Technologies' solutions.
- Support the business development unit in completing necessary paperwork and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Executive within the IT/ICT/Telecom industry.
- Strong understanding of IT/ICT/Telecom services and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
