We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll play a vital role in developing and implementing our commercial propositions, driving brand awareness, and supporting the delivery of our ambitious growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
Develop and implement Kingspan Data & Flooring UK's localised marketing strategy to achieve business goals and objectives in line with the global Kingspan brand and marketing approach.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsCollaborate with other departments and manage external agencies to execute campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
Plan and Execute Digital Marketing CampaignsPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, web, SEO, PPC, and display advertising.
Manage Marketing BudgetDevelop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired results.
Monitor and Report Campaign PerformanceMonitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and optimise performance.
Stay Up-to-Date with Industry TrendsStay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in marketing and digital technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
Ensure Marketing ComplianceEnsure full marketing product compliance and alignment to the Kingspan Marketing Integrity Manual is applied across the Marketing Division.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
Educated to degree level in a Marketing/Digital Marketing discipline, or hold equivalent experience in a Marketing Manager role.
Proven Success in MarketingProven success in either an agency or in-house marketing role, preferably from the construction industry.
Technical SkillsExperience executing campaigns via Salesforce or similar CRM tools and the ability to take the lead as the local Salesforce ambassador.
Soft SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive 'can-do' attitude, and a collaborative team player with flexibility for some travel as and when required.
Leadership and Interpersonal SkillsBe a leader, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence others, and possess excellent attention to detail.
Self-Management and Time ManagementBe a self-starter, able to self-manage as projects are assigned, and have excellent time management and organisation skills.
